Since the 7th century, churches across the world have been celebrating the season of Advent as a means of preparing. The word Advent means “coming” and we always offer ways to make the season of Advent fresh to ensure our focus is on Jesus.
This year, we are looking into all that God has been up to. Old Testament Prophets, people in the days of Jesus, and us, too, wonder what God is up to. We will explore their words and experiences to gain clues and understanding of how to make sense of what God is up to in our days, too..
