> CORE TEAM
RiverCross follows a presbyterian organizational form in which a the lay leadership of the church partner with the pastor and congregation to lead the church. The Core Team is an intentionally small group of 7 dedicated people who meet regularly to discern specific ways in which God is leading the church to step in to relationships with Jesus as we worship, connect, and serve.
